Our company has established Codes of Ethics Management Procedures and Confidential Information Management Regulations, which require employees to maintain the confidentiality of customer information and protect the business secrets of our customers, suppliers, and third parties. Employees who resign are obligated to keep confidential information they have obtained for at least five years after leaving the company.

 To prevent products or services from causing harm to customers or third parties, our company has clearly stipulated in the Code of Integrity Management and Guidelines for Preventing Unethical Conduct that the health and safety of customers shall be our top priority. We explain to customers how to properly use our products or services, maintain fair transactions, provide sufficient and accurate information, and implement other necessary measures to protect customer rights.

 To evaluate customer satisfaction with our service quality, our company conducts annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys in accordance with the Customer Satisfaction Operation Procedures. Customers can provide feedback and ratings on the quality and performance of our services. The company provides concrete responses to customer opinions, analyzes the feedback to identify issues, and tracks the improvement progress of responsible departments. The effectiveness of improvements is included in performance evaluations.

In 2024, the company achieved a response rate of over 80% in the customer satisfaction survey, with 97% of respondents rating their satisfaction as “Satisfied” or higher.

 Our company has established Customer Complaint Handling Procedures, which require relevant departments to respond within 24 hours of receiving a complaint, provide a preliminary report within 3 days, and submit a complete report within 7 days. In 2024, the company achieved a complaint closure rate of over 90%.
