Aker Technology, a global manufacturer of innovative, competitively priced frequency control products, announces the release of the VXON-211 Series. This new 2.0 × 1.6 mm VCXO series is designed to meet the increasing demand for miniaturized and high-precision timing devices in automotive, communication, and industrial applications.
Built in a compact 2016 package, this VCXO integrates a high-performance oscillator circuit with a high-Q quartz resonator, providing precise and stable frequency control in space-constrained and high-density PCB designs.
Operating from a 3.3 V supply voltage, Aker’s VXON-211 Auto Series supports frequencies ranging from 2.5 MHz to 54 MHz, delivering stable performance and flexible frequency control. It also offers high temperature stability and precision ranging from ±25 ppm to ±100 ppm, low phase noise and jitter for reliable timing and synchronization in applications requiring tight frequency alignment. All automotive products meet AEC-Q200 standards to ensure reliability and durability under harsh operating conditions.
Engineered for demanding environments, the VCXO series operates across an extended temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for high-reliability applications including:
