Aker provide basic freshman training including company, environment, company regulation to make our employees to adapt to Aker quickly. -
General Courses
Offer professional, green products, quality/ E.H.S. Policy, and fire control related training, in order to prepare our employees for the daily operation of company. -

Due to the need of organizational development, we encourage our employees to participate in internal and external trainings.
